is a Berlin-based designer and product developer with a strong focus on furniture and lighting.

His approach is process-orientated and centered around the product development part, bridging the gap between concept/creative work and technical feasibility, with an ever-evolving sharp sense for contemporary aesthetics.

While the main body of his work deliberately lies within furniture and industrial design, Christophe does also work as a creative in other design disciplines, collaborating with friends in the field of graphic design or exploring projects on a more architectural scale.

In addition to self-initiated and freelance projects, Christophe has spent a year as a product developer at german furniture brand ClassiCon and, from 2017-2023, he has worked as assistant designer for Berlin-based studio Geckeler Michels.

Christophe offers a range of creative services including product design and development, visualisations, 3D modeling and rendering as well as technical development.

Tupperware OfficeCase

Taking full advantage of the core skills for which Tupperware has been known for decades, the Office Case is a slick, waterproof briefcase for the workday-basics. The case is meant to be the flagship of a product range extension for Tupperware, dedicated to the office and business field. Suitcases, hard cases for electronic devices or a coffee mug could complete the new product line, expanding the brand’s reach towards a new clientele, eventually freeing it of its housewife cliché.

Chameleon

Design and development of the Chameleon series for italian outdoor lighting brand ewo. Chameleon is an ultimately flexible and adaptive LED luminaire system for outdoor applications in architecture. The projector highlights a stylised heatsink aesthetic on its backside, which does not only stand out as signature design characteristic but also thermically optimizes the luminaire's body. The design comes in 6 different sizes and can be extended via a series of functional and aesthetic add-ons.

SILLY is a duo of side tables I’ve been working on as a fun little personal project. An exercise in proportioning and in working with pre-produced parts, these tiny livingroom buddies hack the galvanized Hyllis shelves from IKEA for a sleek, industrial look inspired by Donald Judd’s steel sheet furniture.
